From 9:00 - 11:00 at the Light of the Hills Church Parking Lot in Cameron Park, the scouts got together. Everyone brought their bikes, helmets and other safety gear. We did a safety inspection, special obstacle riding, and even had an El Dorado County Sheriff's Deputy, Deputy Roberts, show up with his Canine and gave us a great demonstration. Also, Deputy Roberts reviewed some of the important bike safety instructions that gave all the scouts a great start to their riding careers!  Assistant CubMaster Dan and his fellow firefighter Warren gave the scouts a tour of the fire engine and even let them try on some of the equipment. A great time was had by all!!
